Design & Mold Making

For ODM products, our professional designers carefully craft original ideas and hand sketch them. For OEM products, our designers receive customer designs, confirm or make necessary changes, and then create sketches. These designs are printed with a 3D wax printing machine and converted into silver molds for silicone mold making. Silicone molds are continuously injected with wax to produce numerous individual wax pieces, ready for casting. This method ensures consistency in the product’s appearance and quality while boosting production capacity.

Casting

Wax pieces are soldered onto a wax tree and placed into a casting flask. Investment plaster is poured over the wax tree and set in the flask before being heated in a high-temperature oven to create the plaster mold. The metals, either gold or silver, are melted into a liquid form and poured into the plaster mold. After cooling, the plaster is removed with high-pressure water jets, and the metal pieces are cut from the trees for the next process.

Grinding

Once the raw metal castings are clipped from the casting tree, a small nub from the sprue remains. The polisher grinds off this nub using a motorized grinding machine, smoothing the surface of the jewelry piece. A final polishing is done by holding the piece against a spinning grinding wheel to achieve a smooth finish.

Stone Setting

We offer various types of stone settings, each requiring different tools to achieve the desired effect. Our skilled craftsmen perform settings such as wax setting, simple prong setting, and micro-pave setting in-house.

Final Polishing & Plating

After assembly, the jewelry pieces undergo a final polishing using different fabric types to ensure a shiny and smooth surface. This step also aids in the plating process, allowing the plating metals to adhere better to the jewelry piece. Once plating is complete, the jewelry pieces are ready to be worn and cherished.
